Digital product delivery

Race Engine System is delivered digitally after successful payment. Because access to downloadable content starts immediately, purchases are generally final once delivery has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

When we will help

Contact us if the files are inaccessible, corrupted, duplicated in error or materially different from the offer shown at purchase. We will first repair or replace the delivery. Where required by applicable law, an appropriate refund or other remedy will be provided.

How to request support

Email raceenginesystem@outlook.com with the order email, order number and a clear description of the problem. We aim to review complete requests promptly.

Mandatory rights

This policy does not remove statutory rights that cannot be waived, including remedies for digital content that is not supplied or does not conform to the contract.
