The product

Race Engine System is a downloadable digital training resource. It does not include personalised coaching, medical advice or a guaranteed performance result.

Price and payment

The price shown at checkout is the price charged, subject to any mandatory taxes or currency treatment displayed there. Payment is processed by the payment method selected at checkout.

Digital delivery

After successful payment, WooCommerce provides access to the downloadable files by email and, where available, through the customer account. The buyer is responsible for providing a valid email address.

Licence

Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files. You may print copies for your own use. Resale, redistribution, sharing, sublicensing or public upload is prohibited.

Withdrawal and refunds

By purchasing and requesting immediate digital delivery, you acknowledge that access begins after payment. Any withdrawal rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected. See the Refund Policy for details.

Training and health

Training involves risk. Consult a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate, stop if you experience concerning symptoms, and adapt all sessions to your ability, health and equipment.

Intellectual property and trademarks

Race Engine System content and branding are protected intellectual property. Race Engine System is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by HYROX GmbH. HYROX is referenced descriptively.

Liability and applicable law

Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law. Otherwise, use of the resource is at your own discretion and risk. Mandatory consumer protections in your country remain applicable.
